This device is designed on the basis of large-area quality photodiodes. As the result, the active area of large-area reflection photodetector is more than 3 times larger as compared to the ordinary small-area photodetector. The active area forms 56% of a single photodiode used in the detector. Typical applications are in the measurements of optical power at high level of accuracy in widespectral range.
